Judith Springer, Psy.D.

The guiding principles of Judith’s life and work experience have been her desire to help people develop emotional intelligence skills and to aid them in creating effective groups with a genuine sense of community. These goals have been reflected across a variety of settings:

  • Fifth grade teacher and reading teacher in urban and suburban schools
  • Crisis counselor and peer program advisor in a public high school
  • Co-founder and Co-director of YES, Inc.
  • Co-founder, Co-director and Advisory Board Member of Anytown, NJ (a teen leadership and prejudice prevention program)
  • Co-founder and CEO of ACCESS
  • Former faculty member of the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University
  • Fellow of the Center for Applied Psychology at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University
