On Common Ground is a group of training professionals from the fields of psychology, adventurebased training, education, peer leadership, counseling, business, performing arts, martial arts and law enforcement. Through our consultative approach, On Common Ground brings comprehensive prevention and early intervention programs to a variety of educational, organizational and community-based settings. On Common Ground plans, implements and evaluates human relations training programs for both youth and adults. We help groups create the climate in which a true sense of “community” can grow.
We promote empowerment with the individuals we work with while creating a group culture based on mutual respect, encouragement, trust and collaboration. Training participants learn skills necessary for working with their fellow students and faculty as leaders in expanding a strong sense of community.
