On Common Ground, Inc. is a NJ Character Education Program of Merit

On Common Ground begins each engagement with a collaborative program planning process, designed to identify specific needs and to maximize the positive impact of the program in the school. On Common Ground senior staff work together with clients during this structured planning process. The end result is a “map” for program implementation, management, and evaluation.
