Program Fees:
On Common Ground, Inc. is a NJ Character Education Program of Merit

Our clients secure funding for On Common Ground services using a variety of different funding sources. Many clients utilize NJ Character Education funding. In addition, many schools have used Municipal Alliance and/or Title IV funding to pay for On Common Ground services.

Exact program fees for On Common Ground programs are calculated using a number of factors including:

• The number of On Common Ground trainers required
• The length of training
• In-state (NJ) versus out-of-state
• Program development time

On Common Ground customizes all programs to meet the unique needs of our client organizations.

A general pricing guideline for NJ trainings:

• $750.00 per trainer/full day of training
• $500.00 per trainer/half day of training
• In order to ensure successful implementation, On Common Ground maintains a 12:1 ratio of participants to trainers.
• Program planning costs are separate.
